Customer demand for brand-level storytelling was strong. Our response? A new flexible 2023 brand campaign that equips our customers with a suite of customizable content they can use to demonstrate the Compass Advantage and the unique value they offer clients.

Spanning various mediums including print, digital ads, email, brochures, video, and more, this 360 asset collection focuses on strong value propositions that are specific and distinctly Compass — our tech, our support, and our network.

After dozens of insightful discussions with customers across the country, the campaign’s mission-driven headline, “Find Your Place in the World,” emerged as the most resonant because it keeps the customer at the center, embodies our Compass values, and offers ample flexibility.  Most importantly, all of the assets available are fully customizable, so they can be tailored to each customer’s business and brand to foster a personal connection with potential buyers and sellers.

AN AGENT RECRUITMENT ANGLE

We put the scalability of our design system to work with a sister campaign that appeals to another audience - agent prospects. Using the same tentpole value propositions, we adapted the visual identity and messaging of the Compass Advantage work to produce a new set of modern, forward-looking materials for our Growth Team’s recruitment efforts.


GO TO MARKET

Crafted a robust go-to-market comms plan with 25+ touchpoints to amplify awareness, education, and adoption. Tailored and led live roadshows of the Compass Advantage Campaign across a multi-pronged audience - presenting our goals, approach, and work to employees, customers and multiple layers of leadership nationwide.
