Continuously developing template libraries, creative toolkits, streamlined workflows, and more that allow Design, Field Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to serve our customers faster and more efficiently.

Here are some of the time-saving initiatives I led.

PRINT ADS TEMPLATE LIBRARY

Our Marketing Advisors were spending nearly 4,000 hours every year executing content updates on behalf of our customers. ⅓ of all marketing requests could be attributed to print ad requests.

To improve this time-consuming process, we 1) analyzed usage data, 2) conducted live focus group sessions, 3) cataloged resources in the field 4) created a single design system, and 5) fleshed out additional design families. The result? A robust Print Ads Library, replete with 500+ best-in-class print ad templates and training resources to help Marketing save time. Since rollout, we’ve seen a 28% decrease in internal time spent on executing print ads.


MARKETING PLANS

Another area Marketing expends significant time and effort is listing and brand strategy. The team receives 15K requests for marketing strategy support per year and spend 4 hours on each. To streamline this process, we developed ready-to-use Marketing Plans built into the platform that can be customized at the regional level.
