Owned the design, development, and go to market launch of Gift Center — a personalized client gifting tool built from the ground up in the Compass platform. Through qualitative user feedback, we validated key moments across agent-client relationships and used these learnings to inform the site’s content categorization, premium merchandising, product pages, and checkout flow. See how we achieved $500K+ agent spend in less than a year.
I also oversaw the Gift Center product roadmap. Post-launch, we built a personalization feature that allows our customers to add their own logos and handwritten messages to branded notecards. The release of bulk gifting and CRM integration followed shortly after.
