Managed product strategy and development for Sign Center, a full-stack tool agents use to customize and order signage. We rolled out 24 major markets and generated $1.5M in agent spend and $600K in support cost savings. Each market launch required complex stakeholder management, legal requirements gathering, pricing strategy, vendor setup, design implementation, and training.
Beyond new market launches, I led Sign Center feature development, roadmap planning, and impact reporting. In partnership with Design and Engineering, we drew from direct customer feedback to iterate on the editing experience, and introduced key enhancements such as tool tips, color inversion, auto-complete components, and a streamlined checkout experience.
